Buyer Request for Marketing Strategy
Launching a premium adult content brand—with a cross-platform strategy centered on OnlyFans and major social networks. Seeking an experienced creative strategist (not a social media manager) to architect our growth funnel, oversee creative direction, and codify our visual and narrative style in this distinctive space. The role requires a blend of bold creativity, systems thinking, and an acute understanding of the adult content market.
Your Role
• Core Platforms: Shape formats, titles, thumbnails, pacing, and retention for OnlyFans and other major social networks (with respect for community guidelines).
• Brand Identity: Define our unique look and feel—visual signature, tone, intros/outros, and music—subject to our approval.
• Filming Guidance: Advise on camera work, shot lists, transitions, and balancing explicit and narrative-driven content (B-roll, vlogs, behind-the-scenes).
• Content Funnel: Map what’s distributed (SFW teasers), and plan web/email expansion.
• System Building: Codify repeatable formats and brand guidelines for optimal team scalability and consistency.
• Analytics: Review weekly performance data (CTR, AVD, retention, subscriber/fan conversion) and guide responsive creative pivots.
• Team Leadership: Be hands-on or direct talent (editors, graphic designers, thumbnail artists); help recruit as we scale.
Requirements
• Demonstrated success growing adult or mainstream content platforms (include links + relevant KPIs).
• Best-in-class written and spoken English.
• Analytics-driven: Proficient with funnel metrics, A/B testing, and using analytics to guide creative and operational health.
• Strong sense for adult content best practices: balancing storytelling, compliance, and brand protection.
• Experience launching or scaling pay-per-view, subscription-based, or direct-to-fan brands.
Nice to Have
• Experience in adult/lifestyle/documentary genres.
• Expertise in OnlyFans optimization, sexual content, or community-building in similar spaces.
• Skills in thumbnail design, basic editing, copywriting.
