About This Listing

Professional face swapping involves creating a complex model of the two faces you would like to swap. When complete, it can be used to swap these two faces in any number of photo or video productions.


Creating this model requires a fair amount of photo or video data of both subjects and takes several days to build using machine learning. Once the modeling step is completed the process of swapping faces in photo or video is quite fast.

Here is an overview of my process:


  1. Provide swap/face data. If using your own face, the easiest way is to use your smartphone to record a video of you reading a few paragraphs (which I will provide) from multiple angles. If using a celebrity face, I have stock footage for many so you many not need to provide this.
  2. Provide the scene / photo gallery. You will need to provide the video scene(s) or photo gallery that you want to swap the face into. You can either use something like Google Drive, or I can provide you a link where you can upload the file(s).
  3. Review. Here I will look at the data you have provided and tell you whether it will make for a quality swap. If not, the order will be cancelled and there will be no charge to you.
  4. Modeling. In this phase, a two-way model is created for the faces you wish to swap. It takes 2-3 days to build a high quality model before we can start swapping faces.
  5. Preview. Once the model is built, I will provide a few screen captures or photo samples for you to review. If you don't approve of the samples, you can cancel your order with no charge. If you approve the samples, we'll move ahead with the face swap and your order is no longer refundable.
  6. Face swapping. Here we use the model we built to convert video or photos to one with a new face.
  7. Delivery. Your video and swap model will be delivered to you using a secure link which will be removed once you confirm receipt of your file.
  8. Data destruction. I will ask you if you want me to retain your data for future swaps, or delete it. If I don't hear back within 72 hours, I will permanently delete any data I have related to you.

Please note that if you are using commercial or celebrity footage for the swap, that the result of my work is for your personal use only.
