Longtime Feature Film Producer now retired & working on various passion projects, including the development of a luxury private Caribbean island I bought years ago when i never had the time to visit or do anything with it. The 475acre+ Island, has just undergone a nearly $550Milliin USD island-wide renovation & infrastructure overhaul that has made the island 100% self sufficient, no longer dependent on the mainland for their unreliable resources as in days past, now fully self sufficient we are an incredible example of true private island luxury and comfort, all with a 0% Carbon footprint. We have everything you can imagine, new and top of the line. Gym, spa, tennis, horse stables, multiple different types of motor & sailing vessels 22’-220’ in size (the largest being my personal yacht.) Additionally we have added a full size airstrip near 800’ long able to accommodate my own Gulfstream G-700 & other similar full size long haul jets. So that’s the setup . Oh the good and accomodations are phenomenal of course. And the entire place, end to end, it’s just sexy as Hell. The entire experience is frankly, from the moment I get on the jet ( which I do all the time & have done for the past 10+ years, but 90% work related. Now, it’s a different ballgame entirely, when I step on board the jet it just looks like the most sexy thing I’ve ever seen, frankly it is. Better than Viagra, & Christ, I’d have to be , not even ugly, that would not matter, with that jet even the ugliest don of a bitch suddenly looks like Tom Cruise. No Is have ti be a Serial Killer or something like that, not to be able to land just about any smoking hot girl around, well, a serial killer who’s a serious asshole and broke. Any the island, well it’s 20 times better than the jet! So I have 1.5 years before i have decided to open up the island to a portion of the public. Not to make money but just simply because it’s too much beauty for one man to sit on. It needs to be seen and experienced. But for the next 1.5 years, I think it needs to be the best backdrop for the best in Adult content ever created. And i’m opening it up for just that purpose. And to a select few, the jet too.
